Why are some of my metrics blank?+
Metrics with a dashed border light up once your seller account is active and sales start coming in. Your Kamp team refreshes the real numbers weekly until live API ingestion is wired up.
How do I see all the products in my catalog?+
Open the Products section in the sidebar. You'll see every SKU live in your TikTok Shop, including images, status, and SKU details.
How do I get a hold of my Kamp Agency contact?+
Use the "Message your Kamp team" button in the sidebar (coming in this release) to send your team a direct note. They'll get notified instantly.
Can I use BaseKamp on my phone?+
Yes — the sidebar collapses on small screens. Tap the menu icon in the top-left to bring it back up.
Who can see my data?+
Only your own brand's data is visible to you. Other Kamp Agency clients can never see your tasks, products, metrics, or messages.
